Ratings and reviews

Overall the program is clumsy and time consuming. I named the photos sequentially and uploaded them in order but the AI placed them in the photo book in a random order. Reordering the photos is fine if you're just switching one or two but not for a whole photo book. The editor doesn't allow cropping, only zooming. The placement of photos only allows preset placement with no adjustment. I lost over 40 pages which represented hours of work because I briefly switched between the app and website.

I purchased a photobook on Aug 20 and, at today Sept 2nd, I still didn't receive it. I receive a lot of promos of new offers via email from them but no message about the tracking or estimated arrival. I'm not satisfied with this service, not sure I will repeat. Also, when I try to reach out to the customer service via the app it's a nightmare as it requests me info I need to copy from the app (order ID) and the chat window disappears and I have to start from scratch.

Diabolical, spent a week putting a book together only to be advised by a staff member that it was saved but I needed to log out of the app and restart my phone to get rid of a glitch. All this done ! Project lost and little or no help to retrieve it or sort out the problem after 4 attempts via a chat box and 8 emails later I get an email saying they've closed my query. Absolutely garbage.
