This is awful! I sent money to my Sumup account, but it just vanished from my bank account and never showed up. I've been sending proof for two days, and no one's even looked at my requests. This platform is totally useless.

Good app and a great concept, but unfortunately the customer support has been very disappointing. I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my card not working for over a week and still haven’t had any luck. The only advice I seem to get is to “keep trying,” which isn’t particularly helpful when I’ve already been doing that for days. At this point, I’m not sure what else I’m supposed to do. It’s a shame because I really like the idea behind the app, but the lack of effective support is letting

the new colour is horrible. change back to old versin. Also improve communication support and phone service. customers should be able order and cancel cards without messages. We freeze by ourselves but have to message to get this done
