Its is a good app, easy to use and userfriendly, however, the biggest issue is the speed of transactions. If I transfer, say on thursday from a bank account to Baaderbank, it arrives earliest the following Wednesday, nearly 5 banking days while they claim it takes 1-2 banking days. Update: its been 6 days, the money is still not available for trading. Contacted the customer care, they said they will forward to the payments team for resolving.

Unable to login. Just after entering credentials it just shows blank page. I can't even open my account from browser as well, as it needs token from app. Why can't you switch to otp based 2FA. I am unable to perform any transactions in my account and silly thing is you can raise complaints only after logging in from your profile section. I will better switch to some other trading services. It was a waste of time putting my money here.

I am currently locked out of my account and unable to log in. The app keeps showing an error and puts me into a login loop. It seems i need a 2FA setup but the app won't let me set it up. It's surprising and shocking experience for a financial app. I’m unable to contact support—the messaging option is not working, and the call support feature is unavailable. I need urgent access to my account. Please assist as soon as possible.
