Ratings and reviews

As a long term user the bugs of this app just creep up. Having to refresh several times so that the total balance shows up, which vanished because I went to some other page, is just crazy. The UX is just okay, for example the graph doesn't allow you to do many things that you can do with say, Tradingview. I am paying for the PRIME account for a while and I feel like it's increasingly useless because I can't actually do much analysis on the app to make buying decisions for said prime ETF or stock

Its is a good app, easy to use and userfriendly, however, the biggest issue is the speed of transactions. If I transfer, say on thursday from a bank account to Baaderbank, it arrives earliest the following Wednesday, nearly 5 banking days while they claim it takes 1-2 banking days. Update: its been 6 days, the money is still not available for trading. Contacted the customer care, they said they will forward to the payments team for resolving.

Over 6 years I had repeatedly problems with the app, esp. after updates. Latest example, at the moment I cannot login to the app as it 1) didn't recognise my phone as saved device and 2) doesn't use my correct email as part of the 2-factor authentication when i tried resetting it. Replies on help requests take normally forever (Ticket: 02896413)
