Ratings and reviews

Its is a good app, easy to use and userfriendly, however, the biggest issue is the speed of transactions. If I transfer, say on thursday from a bank account to Baaderbank, it arrives earliest the following Wednesday, nearly 5 banking days while they claim it takes 1-2 banking days. Update: its been 6 days, the money is still not available for trading. Contacted the customer care, they said they will forward to the payments team for resolving.

Haven't been able to login to the App for three days now. It randomly logged me out stating to relogin for security reasons. Clicking the login button opens a browser window to put in your credentials. After confirming it goes back to the app, but instead of finishing the login process it just goes back to the initial "you need to login" screen. Login for the web version also won't work as it needs the MFA token generated by the app, which is logged out. This is unacceptable for a banking app!

--- Edit: 2 weeks later and I'm logged out again. This time I enter the credentials and instead of logging in, I get kicked out to login page again. --- Recurring login issues! The session times out once in a while and I just realized that when my default browser was set to Vivaldi , it was impossible to log in because the interface to enter the credentials never showed up! I resolved it by switching over the default app to chrome.
