Unsubscribing isn't straightforward. I paid this service for 4 months without using it. This despite I talked many times with the support. At first they propose you an discount, then they ignore you. Once you try many times, they send you the link for unsubscribing, which gives you the message that your subscription is terminated. Guesswhat... The following month they took again money from my account. I did not solve this so far, and of course when I asked for a refund I was totally ignored

I read the lead-in synopsis of Total AV in a pop-up ad and a bottommost red rectangle said it was FREE. Post installation, however, a notice showed a charge for the app. In my generation (I am 79YO), words such as FREE don't have floating or ephemeral meanings. FREE = FREE. What is going on? Is there another version hidden inside? Perhaps, methinks, the company needs to address this contradictory issue as it is more than a little misleading.

I just downloaded this, so I'm not sure yet how good it is. I just wanted to comment that the way this app is marketed is very misleading. It appears that when you get the app, you get all the associated products. That is not the case at all. After you pay for the antivirus, you are given like 9 offers for more products, for example: VPN, password protector, disk cleanup, fingerprint protector, etc.
