Terrible UI and UX. Navigating to find photos locally is awful. You can't manually locate a folder on your phone. All media gets dumped into one spot, then you have to organize them into albums, rather than upload directly into an album or folder. The app also doesn't let you manage your plan, forcing you to make changes via web browser. Not being able to select media through your preferred gallery app is awful. Amazon, people like their photos organized. Stop assuming people don't.

Stupid app. Don't automatically add a new folder when it contains images! I decide what I want backed up, so let me choose, at least offer a dialogue to help me decide, it's not rocket science. Additionally, app still hasn't improved since its redesign a couple of years ago. Not easy to navigate let alone find specific pictures due to its complete disregard of the underlying folder/album structure set up on my phone. Everything is uploaded in one picture pool without structure. Please fix.

So far it's a great app, I like that you can select what folders will auto upload and that it can find the location of the photo and understand where it falls under. I would say I kinda wish it had a similar folder structure to let's say Google drive, I feel that it's more simpler, or even have the ability to customise the folders with colours. Maybe even just putting a drop down tab in the corner somewhere that has all the other options ? 🤔 Other than being a bit picky it's a great app
