I hadn't been on my acct in a year n a half, and all my lists and saved items are still on it. I did notice that many items saved aren't available anymore or listed as sold out. But it's all good, this is as good as Amazon yet a hidden gem. Don't tell anyone or they'll go all mainstream haha. oh yeah app don't ever crash like Walmart does a few times each time. I'm on it. Good job yall.

Every time I try to login I get a message saying the security of my account is very important to them and that I should "reset my password (just once)." I do this, and when I go to login with the new password I get the same message. On a seemingly endless loop. Cannot log in to use the app. Updated 14/9/26. Still no resolution to this problem which occurs in both the Android app and on my Windows PC.

this app used to be very good with no issues. Now, I cannot load up any photos of items for refunds etc, I'm tapping on the photo box to add but it does nothing. Therefore I cannot get any refunds for the wrong or false items that I have been sent. No one wants to just waste money and let it go... this needs to be fixed. I cannot even click on items I have in my wishlist to go back to, keeps telling me oops an error occurred....
