prices have risen like 4x in the last 3 months. also I noticed today that I have earned a couple points over the last few months but they got expired without me being given a chance to use them. I have used the app everyday this last month. I do not trust the new membership package either, the swap program also offered sweet looking deals until I found hidden expenses that made it way more unaffordable.. I hope they can be more transparent

Yesterday, my subscription for Swing+ ended. Today, I used a bike and was in a rush. I ended my ride, pointed my camera at the bike, but the camera didn't appear as it usually does. Instead a prompt to sign up for Swing+ came up with a button in the same spot as the camera button. I of course hit it because I was rushing, and was scammed into re-enrolling in Swing+. There was no confirmation prompt to allow me to cancel. I tried to cancel the subscription right then, but I couldn't. F U Swing

App doesnt show parking restriction zones when you rent the bike, only shows you what zones are restricted after you rent the bike, so sometimes you have to cycle further than you actually needed to because you can't park anywhere near where you need to go, defeating the purpose. Decent app in itself otherwise, bikes often have low battery.
