The app itself is fine, but it's a letdown when you choose to get a ticket for an artist on the platform and they don't use it at all. August 8th, I subscribed. It's August 25th and not a single message past the default welcome message. Edit: Been another 6 days and support is just as useless. Didn't bother reading anything and just gave a worthless copy/paste response. If you like Han So Hee, just throw money in the garbage can instead. It's the same thing anyways.

The last update logged me out of my account, and now I can't log back in. I tried to reset my password, but it kicks me out of the app every time

M not able to sent a message in inobx please remove the message restriction because sometimes messages can be miss by actors and we cannot tell them there 🥺
