I will be requesting a refund. apparently, when people text or call nothing shows. this happened in the past few months and I didn't know about it. I texted myself using my personal phone and nothing shows up. so apparently its been like this for months.

I'm giving one star because. they have no refund policy and secondly they don't vividly tell their customers on the app the difference between landline and normal number. it is best to avoid making use of these people because. how can you tell I subscribed yesterday and bought a landline that can't receive code. I messaged the customer care and all they can say is I didn't read the instructions which were not written vividly.

As a free user it's a great app to talk internationally with watching adds to collect points for free minutes usage. It has a dialer feature and also same on website. Voice quality is good mostly and less delays. Will update with e-sim purchase later.
