Not satisfied , i bought the osmo mobile 8 , and after 8 generations , despite some nice features , the application has some big problems : 1. Only 30 fps is available while my phone can record up to 240fps . 2 . It doesn't recognize all cameras on my phone since it has 3 lenses ( it only use the 1x camera to zoom and can not switch to the zoom lens). 3. The quality that comes out of them application is less than the normal camera app on my phone. I hope that you fix these as soon as possible.

Basically, it's rubbish. Skipping the registering part, which is a story on its own. First of all, in order to connect it to a camera, I need to turn off (not pause, not deactivate) every protection (VPN, antivirus, scam protection). That says a lot about CCP involvement. And when I start it, it's sluggish, buggy, bad interface. Downloading, uploading files rarely succeed. Edits especially. I wait and wait and in the end it fails. Trying to change settings won't help. Only persistence works

the app doesn't recognise pocket 4 device. Bluetooth doesn't connect because "an app is required", but the app is on. tried downloading the app from the dji webpage but download never starts. Nothing works, just like many other products ive bought over the years from others. the device starts though but the battery only lasts about an hr. big regrets buying it
