This app looks amazing from the start until I requested a withdrawal; I'm so frustrated about this right now. I can't believe I requested a withdrawal a long time ago, and it's still pending, why? Please release my money, it's not nice at all 🤦‍♂️ But when I sent some money to this app it doesn't take time to 5 minutes to reflect on my account but as soon as I was to send some money out it will stick to pending for long, that's not nice at all, im not happy

I used to be a huge fan of this wallet and it's affiliated CT products until recently when my BTC withdrawals have been repeatedly rejected and reversed. I'm sending to the same wallet as I have successfully sent to in the past, same address, but this week only my transactions are not being processed. when I submitted this to support they replied with a lengthy explanation of how the "pending" status works, which was totally unrelated to all of my "rejected" and "reversed" transactions.

It WAS a great crypto wallet app, until it wasn't🤦🏾‍♂️I was really enjoying it as an addition to my crypto exchanges, that it became my primary go to over bigger name wallets. Things were going smoothly until transferring funds took longer than usual to transfer. Days went by until the transfers were rejected, money returned to my account and were frozen. I was prompt to complete a KYC, this as been almost a month ago, as it still says under review, while my funds are frozen 😮‍💨
