Ratings and reviews

The app keeps closing so I can't access my mail at all. The Yahoo Mail logo pops up and then the phone goes back to the home page. After a few attempts, a system notification comes up saying the app keeps stopping. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app (both with restarts of the phone inbetween) but it just won't open at all. It was working perfectly fine just a few hours ago.

I am so frustrated with this app for Android. I type a reply to emails I receive and hit send. At the time it appears to have sent, but when I check back, I get a notification that says "Error loading your message. Please try again". Consequently, my message never makes it to the intended recipient. I try resending multiple times only to end up with the same notification that they failed again.

For some reason, this app has been quite bothersome for me. I previously had an iPhone with no issues. Now with the Galaxy s24 Ultra, I have repeatedly had issues with receiving email notifications, and repeatedly contacted their support team. Issue resolves and then resurfaces. Works for a day or so, then back to no notifications. I have my notification settings set on my phone. If it weren't for Yahoo mail being my main email, I would delete it all together. So frustrated.
