Looking up the bus routes by number is ok, times are pretty accurate, but the "Directions" feature is totally useless! Doesn't matter how I format the addresses in Chinese, it can't find 99% of the places I enter into the From/To fields!

good but somehow the apps not 100% correct, I usually take 326 bus, but the app said the bus served over so I instantly take a Uber, well then I saw 326 bus on the road, from then on I learned l, but actually not only me waiting for 326 there is an old lady also wait for 326, its so sad I see he return back to her house when the app say the bus served over, so please repair it asap, especially the 326 bus information 5 star after repairing thanks

Time is not consistent (very different from actual arrival time). I use bus 23 a lot to go to work and the app tells me that the bus will arrive in 5 mins whereas its actually 14 minutes. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
