Such an overcomplicated process just to set up patently controls for an Xbox..God knows why they aren't just available on the console itself.... I couldn't even connect the Xbox to the child's account and the provided instructions were not helpful, so I can't set limits for specific games. Why did they make such a simple feature into something so needlessly complicated? Why do we need this stupid app and to go through all these account BS in the first place?

Fairly simple to use, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can monitor what my child is doing, and/or playing. The app could use a little more tweaks as far settings with games, but that would be my sole complaint. Keep up the good work.

Very difficult to achieve the permissions I need to keep my son safe on his xbox. Exceptions to age limits on certain games do not show in app and generally don't work at all.
