I have ambivalent feelings about this app and camera. As others mentioned, there seem to be some stability issues with the connection, and without an extra subscription, the camera and equipment are grossly overpriced for what they can do. The app itself has some really odd user interface decisions. For example, you can only start breathing/activity tracking from the main screen, but to turn on background noise, you need to go into video full screen mode. It just makes it very inconsistent and inconvenient to use. Overall, the ability to track breathing and movement can provide quite a bit peace of mind. Update: It has happened quite a number of times that the video feed of tha app won't load on some of our devices [on the same network] but on others it will. This level of unreliability for a subscription app that has an important function is not acceptable.

Overall, im very happy with this camera. It does lag a bit sometimes, and I've had a few times where I needed to troubleshoot. Which makes me nervous if that were to happen overnight (luckily, it was only during naps). The log seems to record incorrectly, but I don't use that to track anything, so that doesn't really matter. I do like the background audio feature, and the quality of the image is quite good

When it is working, the app is amazing! It does a great job tracking my little ones breathing and sleeping. However it does have some connectivity issues. Our wifi is strong throughout our house and no other devices have issues. About once a week, the app will say that it cannot connect. It often fixes itself after a few minutes to a few hours. You can also force it to correct by unplugging and replugging the camera.
