Price: In most locations, we charge a service fee on top of the parking cost the operator charges. The total price and fee breakdown are shown in the EasyPark app when you set your end time and before you start to park, as well as in your parking receipt when the session has ended, so you are confident about how much you’re paying. Terrific app, but opaque pricing. Parked in Oslo, and got hit by a really high price. The main reason: they display prices for cheaper places, but hide them for expensive car parks. I made a mistake in believing that the prices will be similar in the nearby parking places. The worst part: called them to ask, and they don't really listen. Just kept on repeating that the parking operator didn't update the prices in their system. Such a poor excuse.

It tricks you for extra money. I was going to end a parking I had set for 24hours or so, after 14 hours. I clicked stop parking, and when I did I paid the whole price, as if I would stay there for the whole 24. What I didn't understand is that I had to scroll the wheel back to the present time and then click stop parking to get the accurate price. There is no chance that this flaw is something they don't already know about, but still keeps there, and making money on people that don't notice!

Very unreliable. Avoid if you don't want to be fined. I paid with Easypark while standing in front of a sign clearly marked with Easypark parking sign and code. I paid in the app with the correct code. I got ticketed while having a valid ticket. I used the report fine link in the app and got a reply that they are a technology company and cannot do anything about the fine. With hindsight the existence of the "report fine" button should have been a hint. Avoid-they are stealing your money.
