It's a good tool for managing stress and anxiety. It gives a new perspective about how your feeling, and provides techniques on how to overcome it. I found Wysa, the AI penguin, very easy to talk to - like a digital diary of sorts. It is fairly obvious that some dialogue are very generic at first, but it seems to learn to personalize its communication the more you use it.

I was afraid of using AI to seek for help, but after a few sessions, it was soo much better to talk to an app that is built with professionals, than people around me who don't know how to cope with the situation! I really recommend this app. I'm currently only able to use the free version, but I can see myself buying the full access (therapist too) when I have the means. Worth the time and money too. Thank you!

I subscribed to the 12-month package on this app, and I was assigned to a wonderful and caring listener as my therapist. With Sushma, my journey in life has been made a little easier than it would have been otherwise. I can't resubscribe right now but I will definitely come back in the future! (Note: the app itself is well designed and easy to use. I wish for a built-in feature to request an export of my therapy chats, so that it's automated in the backend and I just DocuSign the waiver form.)
