I dont like the future's interface when making a trade cause I can't see my liquidation price while adjusting my position. But the security r good. it's just that something felt neglected. (I am in crypto for a year now and have tried several exchanges already, so I think it's important for those details to be shown.)

When a customer's issue is difficult to handle, the chat window is closed, which is a sign of poor customer service. The same old, "we will update you 3 days after investigation" line is repeated repeatedly. They only state that without addressing our concerns. My worry is that they listed a spike token, which I purchased immediately after it was listed and was liquidated. They then announced that the person who purchased the token would receive 10,000 spikes, about five hours after it was liste

During a P2P transaction, the buyer marked the payment as completed even though I had not received the full amount owed to me. I reported the issue through the appropriate channel, after which the buyer and I had a disagreement and he also reported me. My concern is that my account appears to have been flagged based on the dispute without what I believe was a proper investigation into the circumstances. can't type much here but I'll stop using bitget since no proper investigations before flagged
