I signed up for the trial mode, then canceled a day before I finish the one-week mode. However, the app still charged with the most expensive package. I e-mailed them, but no one replied. This app is horrible. I have tried cancelling but no one is replying as well. (you need to get their confirmation before you get your membership canceled) This start-up is ridiculous, wrong, and immoral.

BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO BUY FOOD Purchased food in advance for the next day and yet when we arrived they said the food wasn't available anymore. How is this supposed to be the users burden when there is an option to book for the missing items today. It's not possible to refund the credits because it's already less than 12hrs. There should be a bypass for this because the store failed to stock up on the item presented in the app. This feels like daylight robbery. EDIT: They refunded 5 credits.

it's a great concept but when you avail your paid "free trial" you cant avail most of the establishment and only once you can go to that place. they improved on the searchability of other places unlike before. but there is still a bug on sign-ups. it is very difficult to signup, unsubscribe and correct details. i refer this to my pal. there is an error STILL in putting your phone number, i have to contact agents just to correct that. but theyre responsive & knowledgable which is good. fix it.
