Product Introduction:

- Salary Advance Amount: ₱800 to ₱6,000
- Monthly Interest rate: 0% to 6%
- Other fees: ₱0 to ₱800
- Term: 90-180 days

Representative example:

- 90-day salary advance with interest rate of 5%, other fees of ₱800 and principal amount of ₱6,000
- Total interest fee: ₱6,000*5%/30*90 = ₱900
- Other fee: ₱800
- Total repayment: ₱7,700 (payable one-time on loan maturity)

Application requirements:

- Permanent employees receiving a regular salary from a company for at least 3 months
- One valid government ID (National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or Digitized PhilHealth ID)

Initially, I found the service helpful and convenient. However, during my last transaction, they deducted the payment from my account, but I was unable to take out my loan because the option was greyed out. When I contacted them, they advised me to wait 24 hours for it to reflect, but it has already been two weeks and nothing has changed. Now they are saying that they have no control over it since it is system-generated

At first FINN was a good app, but after using it for a couple of times it was great not until I got an error to withdraw funds from the app, I've made some payment thru auto debit to my payroll account, i raised my concern to their chatbot it says wait 24hrs before it allows me to. withdraw funds, that's not how I remember it works that way, everytime the app auto debit from my payroll account after opening it I can withdraw right away, but now it's greyed out, I sent email to HD no responses

It's a shame that you're advertising a respectable public figure, yet it's always an error, even from the start. You couldn't even scan a picture, even after multiple attempts, and had to select one from the gallery in order to proceed, yet you're already being intrusive. Why would you think I'll send something personal like my bank statement??? Forget it, you guys are the same as the others. What a scam! Uninstalled.
