1 star. Instagram has been so frustrating lately. My account keeps getting suspended even when I haven’t done anything wrong. I appeal, verify my identity, and try to follow the steps given, but the same problem keeps happening again and again. The worst part is that getting help from Instagram is so difficult. Please fix this suspension system because it’s honestly exhausting for users who just want to use their accounts normally.

Hiii, hello. I'd like to make a suggestion. I think it would be very nice if you allow customization.. Yes, aside from profile pictures, nicknames, and etc.. I want to be able to change the color of when I go into insta, (for example, instead of white or black, it's blue) to add profile decorations, and I think it would be very nice if animated pfps were allowed... 👀👀

For a full week now, I keep logging into my account only for the app to get stuck in an endless loading loop. It refuses to route me to my profile and just spins forever. ​I’ve tried everything—reinstalling, clearing cache, updating—and nothing works. All my memories and connections are trapped in this account with zero customer support or help in sight. I have no idea what to do anymore. Please fix this.
