I have been flying PAL for over 45 years. The app automatically closes your check-in stating that they cannot modify changes or find the booking even if the initial log-in indicates otherwise. This happened for more than 4 flights already. This app has caused alot of problems for families who are supposed to seat together, especially those who have PWD or seniors. This is utterly unacceptable!

Update 25 June 2026: Still a disappointing, buggy app. while we can already add bookings, even those that were made thru 3rd party OTAs, they are still saved in the phone where the app is installed, and not into their own server or database. moreover, the constant need for credentials and bugs during booking is annoying, too. i cant even see my miles transaction history. kinda frustrating for our flag carrier's app is still ages compared to their peer, local, or international.

Unlike the previous mabuhay miles app wherein you can track every miles activity, this app which they migrated to, doesn't show the miles activity (i.e. points rewarding from flights, credit card point transfers, redemptions, history, etc.), it only shows the total miles. Per my previous inquiry thru email 6 months ago, re same concern, they said it is undergoing system enhancement and would need to check my account from time to time. but until now, sadly, still remains the same.
