Ratings and reviews

In addition to the usual that most PH apps share (ads, dark design patterns, flaky, need to login over and over again), globe one app takes extra measures - their simcard abuses your sim toolkit to give you popups asking to install the app. The popups look like system messages, and are impossible to block or disable, even if you have the app. The app credit card payment does not work well. If you are a foreigner, just add load in person.

Using the updated release, I can no longer see my balance and expiration. I only see the message, "Something went wrong". The welcome screen reads "Super Customer" instead of my name. It's horrible that there is no account details other than on the main screen. Lastly, I can't seem to rename an account after I've added it. I actually find this unnecessary. They should not require naming an account and using the number as a default.

Slow and too many ads even you are already a subscriber, and I thought ads are usually for free aps. Sometimes, the ads are interfering with functionality, i.e. instead of being able to print receipts right away, most of the time, you'll hit the lazada ads instead of the ok/download button. And from time to time, you can not even use it as all features are having "something went wrong", yet ads still functions.
