Ratings and reviews

The app has been really laggy this last few months it wasn't like this at all last year,even something as simple as opening it would make it crash especially on WiFi it lags even more compared to when it is used with Data. Other heavier apps on my phone work perfectly fine;an as per other reviews here I don't think I'm the only one experiencing this problem. So I hope your company takes action on optimizing your app for better user experience.

I need help. I cannot access the Tiktok Shop for some reason. It was not displayed on the app, and I want to browse items on the shop as a buyer and maybe buy some items for myself as well. The other tutorials didn't do much help, and I need some direct assistance via reply as soon as possible. Reporting the problem from the app didn't bear much intended results. Thank you.

Hello tiktok! Overall, this is my best socmed app that I have downloaded and been using it for a couple of years. I just want to request a feature that mostly people, including me, needed to have this option. I hope that you can add an option about where we can choose certain people from our friend lists to see our posts. It would be great especially for privacy. Thats all, thx! 🩷🩷
