I've been using this app and purchasing stuff for several years. During the pandemic, I placed numerous shopping from this app when they offered a significant discount on the majority of their products, and those orders were processed without incident. Unfortunately, for the first time yesterday, they canceled my orders due to a pricing issue. This is disheartening because I rely heavily on the prices advertised on this platform.

I noticed that prices are more expensive vs same items(of same seller) from other apps. No standard shipping turnaround time. No easy way to message or follow up seller for orders. No easy way to cancel. If I'm too lazy, my only choice is to wait and be patient. No reviews and ratings. What I love are the discount and cashback vouchers. Easy return and exchange of items ♡. Organized list ♡. Easy searching. Lots of high-end brands, premium and authentic ones. Despite the cons I am loving Zalora♡

I've been using the app for a couple of years now and it seemed like a legitimate app. However, they recently cancelled 2 of my orders due to a pricing error on their end. They have provided unsatisfactory support and compensation for the inconvenience it is causing and it is very difficult to contact them. On their initial email, they say the refund is gonna take up to 4 days. But on their follow up emails, it says it's gonna take up to 30 days. DON'T PAY VIA CARD!!!
