DON'T BE FOOL PEOPLE. I have been a Good payer since I downloaded this App. But, there was an emergency that I wasn't able to pay I ask for a Promise To pay. And they said, I can use all the features again in the app once I paid all the outstanding balance, but it was like a Scammed. I paid All my Outstanding balance until next month. But, they rejected my Account eventually and said to reapply after two months. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

At first, everything was smooth. In fact, I was able to renew loans more tha 3 times. Of course with my up-to-date payments. But somehow, despite my rather impeccable record, I missed a single payment. So to make it up to them, I paid everything in full, despite the rest not being due just yet. A week passed, and I reapplied and was declined. Months later, i reapplied, still got declined. The reason? Policies that they cannot disclose to me!!! Dafak is that?!

Company was great in approving the credit. But if you need someone to talk to regarding making payments ang clarifying the dues, you cannot reach anyone. You posted on the app to reach you through email but you never get back to us. You are great in terms of reminding as to pay. But when we needed help and clarification we cannot get a hold of anyone. I am not a perfect person, I missed on a payment which why I asked for a clarification but no one can explain it to me even customer service. 😞
