I love the billease app and have been using it for quite a while now. But their customer support is awful. I received an error where the order was not completed but it deducted my available credits. I sent a message in the live chat and also on their contact email but there's still no response. I'm still waiting to see if there will be someone who's going to fix my issue.

I've been in the app for almost a year now, it's a really great app, the cash is a lil bit pricier when your still in the wallet top up stage but when you open the cash loan, I guarantee you that they have the best terms and the cheapest interest of all the loan apps. Load has no interest. One thing I can say is, AMAZING. Fast process and fast response. I hope they don't change. About to finish paying my 12k credit limit the 2nd time. I hope my credit goes up after I pay this one.
