I find this app useful and I always made sure to pay on time. First two months was good, everything went smoothly until lately when it started declining online purchases, even for groceries, even if I still have an ample amount of credit limit left. Now what if it happens in a physical store, we get declined and we don't have cash on hand. How disappointing would that be? Better fix your system Atome.

Atome is extremely disappointing. The platform may look good at first, but once you start using a larger amount, everything suddenly gets downgraded—including the cash loan and spending limit. What’s even more frustrating is that you can’t reapply for another loan while you still have an existing balance, even if you have been a good and responsible payer with no history of late payments. I’m honestly very disappointed with this platform. If users maintain a good payment record,

I’m really happy with my Atome Card because it’s very convenient and helpful, especially when unexpected expenses come up. It gives me the flexibility to buy what I need without having to worry about paying the full amount right away. The app is easy to use, and managing my payments is simple.
