This experience is very frustrating. Atome shows no consideration for loyal customers who always pay on time. I reached out and respectfully asked for help after my bill was converted into installments. I have always paid my bills in full and on time. Unfortunately, my phone was lost on the due date, and I only recovered it the next morning from the person who found it. I hoped Atome would consider this situation, and hoping no to automatic installment

card always report my online orders as potential risk. I am unable to get anything using atome. always declined though there is virtually an amount and I only using the same accounts when I order. I don't get were the risks are from if I o ly have few and same avenues when ordering? like its simply not allowing me though its obviously those accounts are on my address same with the card? please have this fix. not having a hotline adds more issues to this card. Barely don't know how to reach you

I AM A GOOD PAYER OF ATOME. I ALWAYS PAY ON TIME AND MOSTLY FULL. This time I locked my card whenever I dont have transactions but suddenly I got an unauthorized transaction! The amounts are big. I asked customer servicw but they only give me automated links and messages, a link I cant open! Now they keep on calling me even tho I already contacted them many times.
