i was happy using this card at first. now i got so disappointed and frustrated because i had a credit so i used it to buy things for our new house. SUDDENLY, when i checked the app, my credit limit was decreased after one huge purchase!!! no notice, no explanation why. they just pulled my credit down. i was paying on time, no over dues and got no explanation why it was decreased. now i am way over my alloted limit and owe them higher that my current credit. what a modus to gain hard earned money

I have been a responsible user with on-time and full payments, zero delays, zero overdue amounts, zero outstanding balance. Yet my Cash Loan applications are consistently declined after full payment, and I never receive any clear reason or explanation. It is incredibly discouraging when good payment behavior is not recognized, and there is zero transparency in the approval process. I will be paying off my remaining balance and closing my account for good. I am done with Atome.

I find this app useful and I always made sure to pay on time. First two months was good, everything went smoothly until lately when it started declining online purchases, even for groceries, even if I still have an ample amount of credit limit left. Now what if it happens in a physical store, we get declined and we don't have cash on hand. How disappointing would that be? Better fix your system Atome.
