Been using Atome for a couple of months now. It's fun, especially when you're learning about your finances. Sadly, one day when I tried to open my account my spending limit was reduced by 1,200. This is without my knowledge, no notification, no explanation. I tried to reach support hoping to get answers, but they just responded with general information about reviewing and access blah blah. I was hoping that they would answer based on what they can see on my account not an answer you can google.

THIS APP IS USELESS AND A COMPLETE SCAM! They do absolutely nothing to help me get my card! It never gets delivered! Every time I email them, they just lie and say they requested it and that I will get an SMS or call. BUT IT’S BEEN FOREVER AND I RECEIVED NOTHING! They clearly don’t care and they are not doing ANYTHING to help me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I have been a good payer with no late payments. All of a sudden, after clearing my outstanding cash loans, I can no longer withdraw my available cash loan limit. I contacted your support team and was told that they do not have someone to intervene to app related concerns. What a terrible way to have an app and seems nobody is maintaining it properly.
