I find this app useful and I always made sure to pay on time. First two months was good, everything went smoothly until lately when it started declining online purchases, even for groceries, even if I still have an ample amount of credit limit left. Now what if it happens in a physical store, we get declined and we don't have cash on hand. How disappointing would that be? Better fix your system Atome.

All good ever since I started using this app. no overdue, no late payments. but all of sudden I can only use my card thru physical store sometimes it failed. no more qrph payment or online purchases even ordering a food thru foodpanda using my card also failed or declined it's so frustrating! I've tried emailed their customer service but they replied base on your assessment score! srsly? I had used it on my previous transaction but now, can't even order food online.

I used the savings account to pay my bill but the receiving account did not receive the payment amounting to Php. 3813.00. I call the hotline and exchange multiple emails but I still don't get a concrete update until now. Customer service is difficult to reach and no update until now. The transaction was done August 31, 2026 no update until now. I'm not changing rating until I get this issue fixed!!!
