I liked the safe transaction system and it is very easy to load via 7-Eleven and other stores nationwide. The only thing that I disliked is the very limited options in loading. I hope the options for loading will improve and the user can enter their desired amount of load or just like the load options in 7-Eleven Cliqq. I hope Paymaya app can do more than this app version 😁
Didnt pay attention to it at first. Then a couple of months ago, my friend recommended me this as another mode of online payment transactions. So far so good. Didnt encounter any problems or whatsoever. Very easy to use just like any other visa credit card except that you cant withdraw money unless you upgrade your account and buy a physical card.
The app is good. I have nothing bad to say about it but you customer service sucks. PaymayaCares thru messenger and email is not even responding. It's been 2 weeks now but i got not response at all. I though it was decent app with a decent support for customers however i was wrong. Totally disappointed.
This app offers the fastest way to get a debit card if you need one for buying stuff online. The only thing missing in this app is the ability to log-in using fingerprint. Most of payment apps I know already offer this kind of functionality as an alternative way of logging in. Please consider adding this into a future version of this app.
Paymaya support is useless. I bought a game on steam using paymaya but i refund it due to compatibility issue. Steam told me that they already send the refund order to paymaya and it will refund to me within 14days. Unfortunately until now my money is refunded yet on my account. The always respond of their support is they will review.
The customer service of this app is LOUSY. After I kept getting billed by an identified scam site, I had numerous calls and requests to remove the merchant subscription from my paymaya account, I was finally told that this need to be done from the merchant's end. When I decided to delete my old paymaya account and request for a new one, I was informed that I could no longer use my existing Mobile number due to "company policy" and I would need to get a new number just to be able to apply for a new paymaya account which I shouldn't have to do if they simply removed the scam subscription from their end. Throughout my calls, the call center agents were rude, unprofessional, and condescending, even hanging up on me on an occasion. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE THIS APP. You are better off with GCash
