I submitted complete information to upgrade my account, multiple times, and still send me a message it is incomplete information. Attempted to contact customer support, and they do not respond. Over 48 hours. Time to give up and find a more competent system, although they have copies of my passport and ACR card, my address and personal information. Which I am now incredibly uncomfortable with.

Terrible app please don't use their services. Use another app instead of this app. It has lot of errors and customer service takes too long. They resolve the problem for a year or so. If a minor problem it will probably take a month. Heck my problem is just one letter in my account and they can't even fix it in just one day. Too many process and it took me almost 2 years to get it fix but they didn't. lol Use another application I'll save you some time.
