Ratings and reviews

If you could give the option to pay off credit over a longer period of time, I wouldn't be looking for other options because you have the lowest interest rate. Unfortunately, you only allow one month to pay. I've been trying to get a loan and a Landers credit card for the past two years, but they keep rejecting my applications. My Atome started at P6,000 and has since grown to more than P100,000. My other credit card limit is P175,000. I'm not sure why this app keeps rejecting my application.

It is definitely one of the best, but honestly I wish it wasn't such a hassle to use, every transaction needs OTP, I know it's for safety measures but living in an area with weak signal is difficult, I need to move around just to get a good signal, I do hope it's optional and can be minimised the OTP needed like maybe once a week? Or maybe we could use viber app or even gmail to receive OTP.

Worst! my account suddenly got a problem, "We're unable to log you in". I call their hotline and said that I need to monitor my account for 13 banking days! They also gave me a ticket number however its been 7 days and there is no update. Maya can you give any updates on my account? The delay cost me too much, I need to access my account ASAP! This is the ticket number 26838245
