Ratings and reviews

If you could give the option to pay off credit over a longer period of time, I wouldn't be looking for other options because you have the lowest interest rate. Unfortunately, you only allow one month to pay. I've been trying to get a loan and a Landers credit card for the past two years, but they keep rejecting my applications. My Atome started at P6,000 and has since grown to more than P100,000. My other credit card limit is P175,000. I'm not sure why this app keeps rejecting my application.

For few months now, whenever I log in and go to Savings, it suddenly freezes and stops working. I can't scroll down or anything. Now, i can't access the Loan tab. I tried several times to clear cache, uninstall and install, turned on and off my phone, but there's no improvement. The only thing that I can do with this app now is receive funds, use it for online payment, and transfer funds to savings. But when I try to scroll down on Savings, it freezes and then nothing. Please fix this.

I've been upgrading my basic account to a verified account, and I encountered "That didn't load right, something went wrong. Please try again in a bit. " for the past months already. I submitted all the required documents and verified my personal information correctly, but this keeps repeating on. I also followed Maya's official website on how to fix this, but it does not fix it at all. I badly want to upgrade my account for work purposes. I hope this kindly reaches you. Thank you so much.
