Ratings and reviews

If you could give the option to pay off credit over a longer period of time, I wouldn't be looking for other options because you have the lowest interest rate. Unfortunately, you only allow one month to pay. I've been trying to get a loan and a Landers credit card for the past two years, but they keep rejecting my applications. My Atome started at P6,000 and has since grown to more than P100,000. My other credit card limit is P175,000. I'm not sure why this app keeps rejecting my application.

Terrible app with an awful user experience. It's extremely glitchy and often locks you out. To use the app, you need to upgrade your account, but that's almost impossible. I tried twice to upgrade my account, and both times I was locked out. I contacted support three times, but they didn't bother helping me. After seven months and multiple attempts, I still don't have access. I would not recommend this app.

Everytime I login, got an error that says, Please update your app or call customer service" countless times, but still getting the same error message. I've contacted their cx service, but after verification, I was told, we can't disclose any information. Please call us back. OMG! For real? I was so frustrated and disappointed because my easy credit has been past due. Now, they keep on sending me about email payment reminders. I just want to be able to login again to my app again and get it done
