Ratings and reviews

Too hard verification process, takes to long and always get denied. Also the support staff never help you, the messages they write do not appear, or they appear when the close the chat. But you can't see what they say until they close the chat. You can't modify your adress, you have to contact the support to do that, but they don't. I do not recommend this app at all!!!

The app is nice and easy to use, I've been using it from April and even purchased the yearly elite plan. But with the current top up fee of 1.99% is not really worth anymore. If you want to tax the top up ok, but implement the bank transfer for all available currencies. Otherwise you'll lose a lot of clients... I still give 3 stars because I have hopes that you will take all feedbacks relating these top up fees into consideration.

customer service is useless, you ask for ticket number, which I dont have, because I can not log into your app and can't contact support. Online "chat to us" don't work! your app throws error: your transaction quote has expired, please retry estimation operation
