Works well. You have to make sure that the phone app is already running and visible on the phone screen (not in just running in background) while you open the app on the computer or it will say it's an error, connection reset or lost. Once that is done the connection is very good, I've tried the usb and Wi-Fi connections. They had good video and audio. In the settings on my computer software I can choose which cell camera to use and computer or cell audio, so lots of options.

App works great for me, one of the only webcam apps that don't lag. However there was horrible frame rate drops and low FPS in general when I first set it up for about 3 mins or so but after that it completely leveled out and I get a smooth 30fps (or 60fps I'm not sure) video feed all the way. So it's really no issue. The ads with the free version I also don't mind as they are largely non-intrusive. Great app with a minimal, easy to use and no-frills experience.

This is a great app to connect your phone's camera to your PC but it has a lot of issues. First, when you don't use the app, a "webcam" appears on the list and when you choose it it shows an orange or blue screen. Just make it so that when you close the app, the "installed camera" disappears. Also, most of the features are only for the paid version (DroidCamX) I can't even use the front camera for free. Finally, you should import a way to connect with an account, and improve the UI.
