Ratings and reviews

Downloaded a year ago and transactions were simple. Over time realized errors in purchase price - of bought at "$1.004" price would state and cost "$1.006" always higher hence. Aloss. For the past 2 days app refuses to open. I can't even log in. Already rebooted my phone and uninstalled reinstalled app. Emailed and got support no replies at all. Don't know what's happening with my crytos. Horrible situation especially in the crypto market.

The UI is simple and easy to use. But for some reason, the app is buggy and the spread is terrible. Whenever you buy, the price is always higher than the stated price, and when you sell, it is lower than the stated price. And no, the 'Target Price Order' new feature isn't working for StraitsX Fiat wallet. And the worst part is the customer service. I tried contacting them through the in-app chat (supposedly 24/7) on the technical issue and no one has gotten back at all for hours.

Customer service is horrible. Considering I have been a loyal customer for years, the staking interest is pathetic & their cust svc did not help my investigation on an unauthorised transaction, made me go figure, locked up my card until I get merchant to confirm that the card issue is resolved. Simply no value-add, better off using a bank-issued card. Waste of time. (Don't ask me to write in again, and they are misguiding me to close account, but funds stuck in my locked card. Duh!)
