The app is becoming more and more annoying. Applying limits on everything saying max daily limit exceeded. Some items it just doesn't let me add. And every time I go to the cart, something vanishes. I am seriously thinking of uninstalling the app. You can't decide what I can get. I added items and some items it just removed from my cart because of exceeding the limit. I only added 1 quantity of some of those and so I'm being forced to not order certain items. Do you guys think this is funny?

Missing items in my recent order (1 carrot and 1 beetroot), yet I was billed for them. What’s worse is the complete lack of live customer support — no chat option, only email. For a brand that promotes speed and convenience, the support system is slow and frustrating. Service quality is clearly declining. Very disappointing experience.

I had discount cash available of Rs. 75 and when the order was placed they showed the net amount (with discount) Rs. 361 but on delivery they charged me full amount Rs. 436. They didn't give me any discount. Additionally when I checked my orders on app there was no discount on the bill as well. Its a total scam. Please take Screenshot when the order is confirmed to make sure this doesn't happen with you as well.
