Absolutely horrible I've called and it's hard to get someone who speaks English clear. They always want to reset passwords when that isn't a issue. I have no access to my account on the app. I've been with att for 10plus years business a d personal. The only thing that is for sure is my bill will go up and they always have some bs with it . I also don't need a new phone or more lines to lower my bill.

ATT is the absolute worst! You can no longer get any help with email issue. I have folders I've created to save important emails. I recently put two important documents in a folder and checked to see if it was there - nothing shows 2022 was the last email added to folder. So now I'm missing my docu! Can't use app with the only device I have S22 ultra - the keyboard is in the way of typing. This is an APP issue since it's Google keyboard. Way to go ATT!

I am throughly unhappy and quite frustrated with the app, customer service, and the chat bot? All worthless. So far I have spent 2 hrs trying to update my payment info. With 0 success. It should not be complicated. My prepaid account uses a credit to make payments every month. That card has been compromised. I have a new one to update it with. I have use a link that was given to me that basically just got me to the same website. So though I have been a customer for many years.
