Ratings and reviews

All good, some features and checks are so pedantic, but in general I recommend Paysera, fees considered affordable or less than other banks, multi-account option also good. Fast service in the office. One thing to improve is to make different design for the cards, they looks not so modern like Revolut)

The app was working fine, and then it logged me out for some unknown and probably stupid reason, I'm now unable to log back in because it's claiming that the device isn't recognized despite having the device in my posession for about 3 years, this is totally unacceptable, you could at the very least add other methods for verification.

No OTP codes being sent after factory reset of phone and this is not the only time it happens, it's ongoing. Fix your app and service. Looking for an alternative bank because it's too unreliable. Tired of getting replies about resetting my phone try this and that via messenger when raising the issue. IT'S NOT MY PHONE!
