The app keeps logging out and you are unable to log back in, it just sends an email to your PC and when you click the link, still does not log you in to the app. Pointless having the app now. You guys need single sign on setup or a better way to login to the app and not have to send an email every time.

Tried switching from the website to this App. The website is great - well done web team. The App is unusable, by which I mean it literally doesn't work - it loses association with the booking while searching hotels, and (I might be going mad, but) did it refuse to load *anything* until I dismissed the initial 'Welcome' toast message..?! This is basic state management. As a mobile dev myself: Come on mobile team, go native and do better. If nothing else, where's your QA process at?

i would have given zero star for what I have experienced with this company.Booked a hotel for a personal trip, turned out hotel did not get the reservation and therefore did not honor it.Navan even after admitting that there was a fault at their end, did nothing to make it right for me..all they did was that they will have a product feedback and offered me booking another hotel at last minute, for which obviously I was supposed to pay an exorbitant amount.
