Branch is one of my favorite loan app, the design is great, and also very easy to use. I love the free transfers, in fact that my best feature. The speed the in transactions is very fast. On interest rate, I'd say they are quite pricey, and also increase the rate at which users grow into higher amounts. On bank cards, I believe this is a killer feature/addition, totally love it. Good work guys!

2022:Fast and secure app that has helped me organize my finances. The addition of the savings option is a big move. 2025: The transaction charges are almost 1.5 time those of mpesa making it costly to transact. The option to pay in 30 days was removed hence increasing interest on loans. There is no daily interest option and the app forces you to select either 42 or 60 days repayment which have higher interest.

I have got loan approved,but the amount is not yet credited. Can you please tell me when will i get it credited?? I have been using this app post 2 years and it is really good and genuine but the interest rate are high. tenure period and amount increasing after repayment is all good. branch team should consider on the interest rate as it is very high.
