this is it. I have finally found a journaling app that is perfect for me!! It's simple while combining so many useful features for a smooth and easy journaling experience. I've always struggled with keeping up with journaling, although I always wished I did it more,and I KNOW it helps me. I just haven't found anything that I vibed with until now. please give this app a try for a couple of days and you too will be converted lol

This is a VERY helpful mental health app, especially for those of us who struggle to identify when we're catastrophizing or not- There are options from quick check-ins, to reflecting on good moments of the day, to full on challenging unhelpful thought patterns IN DETAIL. It's not overwhelming, due to the way that each step is separated out. The interface is clean and easy to use. It's been incredibly helpful for me, personally, so far. I'm very happy that I discovered this app.

I discovered this app recently and it has been incredible!! As a therapist myself, this has been one of the easiest CBT journals to interact with. I appreciate the ability to pick from typical emotions and common thinking traps. It is very user friendly! And the subscription in my opinion is well worth it. I also appreciate that the app doesn't force AI but gives you the option to let AI give you a second opinion on some of your journal entries!
