application not working ..when i open app and go to Cpr number page ..but the keypad not show there.and the app got stuck ..i tried every setting in the phone every updates about keyboard ...i also called the helpline pf ekey.i also create ticket on ekey support ..but i am still facing the same issue..please help me with this issue ..my works are getting delayed with this

is ekey 2.0 reliable it's very slow, it takes lots of time. i want make sure my fingerprint will not be used in Benefit pay or any financial transactions , i want to make sure this app eketly 2.9 supported by Bahrain Government

The issue was the Keyboard was not coming up but I fixed it, used the app in split screen mode and the keyboard popped right up.. and now I am logged in.
