Worst service. Better to avoid this Intercity bus travel. They are always late for pickup but still keep sending notifications saying they can’t wait more than 5 minutes and about their “no-show” rules. I reached the boarding point on time, yet the bus was delayed by 1.5 hours extremely frustrating. There’s no proper tracking option, and even with the app, the tracking is inaccurate.No driver contact number is provided; only their customer service, which is completely useless

My recent booking experience with Intercity Bus was extremely disappointing. 1. The ticket price was almost double (even triple) compared to normal days, which felt unreasonable. 2. No complimentary water bottle was provided during the journey, despite it being mentioned in the booking details. 3. The bus did not have a toilet, even though it was clearly listed as an available facility at the time of booking. 4. Bus stademanded extra money for keeping luggage in the storage compartmen

Extremely Disappointed with Intercity Smart Bus Service This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever faced. I will no longer be using Intercity Smart Bus in the future. On average, I used to travel 4–6 times every month, but my recent experience has completely destroyed my confidence in your service. Despite following the exact boarding location shared by redBus, your bus did not stop at the designated point, even though I was present and waved at the driver.
