About this app

When you and your doctor both use Medeo, you can exchange secure messages, book appointments online, and have video visits using your phone, tablet, or computer, from anywhere you have an internet connection.


Instead of connecting you to *a* clinic, Medeo connects you to *your* clinic. When you and your healthcare provider are both registered, Medeo creates a direct line of communication between you and the professionals you trust. Better relationships, more personal care.

FEATURES (available when offered by your healthcare provider):

Video Visits. When you can’t get to the clinic, enjoy virtual appointments from anywhere over secure video (high-speed internet required), with messaging and file sharing capabilities. Less travel, more convenience.

Patient Messaging. An easy way for your doctor to share test results, renew prescriptions, check on symptoms, or just pass on information. Securely exchange messages, files, and photos over our encrypted network and know more, quickly.

Online Booking. Choose your appointment type, date, and time, then get an email when your request is accepted or declined. So much better than sitting on hold.

I like booking appointments as its smoother and quicker. You never have to be tied up on hold when you are booking an appointment. I was always scared of ne w technology until I started to use it more and more. so I gave it a high review as its quick and easy to setup and use.

The app works fine with a couple issues that I encountered within minutes of use. First, the login fields don't allow c/p. I use a password manager with randomly generated passwords, meaning every time I log in I have to open my password manager and swap between apps to manually transcribe a random password. This could be fixed by either allowing c/p in fields or enabling biometric logins. It also does not indicate that it only allows two attachments in messages (or perhaps a max total size?).

doesn't allow video calls as I can't change the microphone settings to allow them. very frustrating before every appointment knowing it is a useless app and it won't work.
