This app is a good basic app, but clicking on my enabled app notifications I get directed to the login screen (even tho I'm already signed in) there's also no way to see what messages/updates have been read or not. Wish there was an easier way to track if my requests are completed or not. As for the process of submitting new 311 requests to the city, this part works great, like the search feature for the right category.

Useless garbage. Broken in more ways than I can count. The one thing I needed it for, submitting a report to the city about damaged trash cans, it refuses to do because of a generic "cannot complete request" error, an error I only managed to get after finally completing the broken request form that doesn't follow any apparent logic at several steps.

This app could be cool, but currently it's slow, buggy, and unintuitive. Most report types are redundant w/ slight variations in applicability (e.g.: Illegal materials in a curb vs. illegal materials in alley - why are they separate categories?) or make no sense (e.g.: GreenSpot Columbus is a category as if I have any idea what that means). There's a ton of potential here, but the execution feels like it didn't get enough support.
