This app is not great. The login screen is busted. "Forgot your password" and Create account" only appear when the keyboard is open, but when you try to click one, the keyboard closes and the buttons disappear. So if you don't have an account or need to reset, you will not be able to log in.

The information this app provides is great. The problem causing me to rate it a 3 is it almost never allows me to open it. The splash Screen opens right away but the menu won't open.

This app no longer appears to be functional. Uninstalled and reinstalled, the app does not open, it freezes and does not move past the county logo
