App still not working 2 months later after previous report. When I attempt to create a service request, app stops working at (step 2) location of request. I installed on a second device and get the same problem.

Every time I hit the button to submit a request, the app closes and disappears, which I guess is convenient for code enforcement since they don't respond to requests anyway.

The app will not load on the newest galaxy 24 plus....have not been successful with trying to load it at all. It is an app I need frequently and would like to remedy the issue.
