About this app

WinEUR TimeSheets offers the possibility of entering the working time of your employees and the allocation of hours according to projects and / or clients.

WinEUR TimeSheets allows for automatic integration of billing data. Each employee is able to enter their hours and allocate them as appropriate.

Intuitive and easy to use, this application can work offline.

• Entry of Time Sheets with projects, services, time and / or quantities.

• Timer for recording the duration of a performance.

• Quick entry of absences and vacations.

• Entry of working hours (OCIRT).

• Several modes of viewing Time Sheets with the possibility of entering in each mode:
- In the form of a calendar with highlighting of the days with at least one entry of a Time Sheet.
- As a list, grouped by date.
- As a list, grouped by project.

• Default project and service configurable by the user to quickly complete a day.

• Dashboard with summary of hourly totals / quantities and amounts by projects / services for the current week, month and year.

• Offline operation, data synchronization as soon as an internet connection is available.

• Possibility to start a Time Sheet entry on WinEUR and continue it on mobile or vice versa.
