Good app for quick and easy trading. Legitimate deposits and withdrawals, even though the company is based in another country I always get withdrawals the next day. Reason I have deducted a star is if you switch between apps (sometimes I flick to MT5 to see live chart), then switching back to this app causes it to "hang" sometimes. It says Reconnecting and might sit like that for 10-15 seconds per time. Other than that, all good

Wouod not recommend. The broker isn't great. the stop loss function doesn't work and always goes over meaning you lose money even though you set your stop loss. Better options out there, particularly for better spreads. The weird automated robot responses to every review here does not fill you with confidence either nor does the responses from their customer service.

Extremely Poor Customer Support – Funds Missing Extremely disappointed with PU Prime. I provided all proof showing my withdrawal never reached my bank, yet support repeatedly sends generic responses and refuses to escalate or investigate properly. My bank confirmed the funds never arrived. This lack of transparency, accountability, and professional support is unacceptable. I cannot recommend PU Prime.
