It is the only app for Grizzl-E smart charger. It took me multiple tries and internet searches to figure out how to connect my Grizzl-E charger to the app. After install, I've learned the app doesn't tell me real-time charging status or amps of current. It doesn't alert me if it stops charging unexpectedly. I didn't need it for scheduling, so the only useful feature was charging history. I'm returning my Grizzl-E smart charger for a less expensive but more informative non – wi-fi charger.

I attempted to log in via Google. the app took me through the sign in process, then kicked me back to the log in page. every time I tried to sign in using Google from that point forward would kick me back to the login page. attempting to sign up for a stand alone account failed because my email address has already been registered. EDIT: to the reply: It turns out that Electrify America doesn't follow the same anti consumer practices and allows you to pay with a credit card and no account.

Hi Stephen - thanks for reporting this. We apologize for the rough experience - we're looking into it.The app also offers a regular sign in flow where you can sign in using your email or phone number and a one-time code which will be texted or emailed to you. Please don't hesitate to call the support number in the app if you need any help.

I have switched my Grizzl E Smart charger to running in dumb mode. Seemed like a good idea at the time of purchase -- the app has worked on and off since purchase (one year and a bit). The app does not add much value to a single home lev 2 install -- I get all that I need from the KIA Connect app. Plus it's a pain to have to take the cover off the Grizzl E and reset a dip switch to enable wifi -- surely this could be achieved in software (like most IOT devices).
