"Sometimes the app decides to work. I make the trip to the location just to check if the application is functional because, it doesn't allow me to buy entrance tickets in advance. Brilliant design. If the stars align and it works, I get to train. But if it hits me with an 'unknown error occurred,' I feel like an idiot and head back home, though at least I'm in comfy sportswear. I have to wait until the next morning for support to tell me why it didn't work. It's very interesting explanation.

The application does work. Very disappointing. An error 'a user with this phone number is already registered ' is displayed. Probably it is because I've installed it on my previous phone? Really surprised they didn't take into account this scenario...

The idea is great and I use the subsidized sport activities each week. There is a good selection. However, the "rewards" are dumb. What good are 3000 points if everything in the "rewards" shop is only 200 points plus (a lot of) cash?
