Hasn't worked most of the year. Used to show message saying oops something went wrong w/ 2 buttons to either cancel or retry. You retry & nothing changes. Now it's just blue screen w/ blinking dot. This was terrific for reporting things that need fixing & I was just about to try to make a report, again. Now I can't because this doesn't work....STILL!! When is this going to be fixed??? It's a vital tool for residents to be involved in keeping this city livable & now the place is going downhill.

I have found the GoCOS app entirely useless because of what appears to be a bug. My report will not let me add a location, which is required for submission of the report. In the location selection tool, the check looking location selection button won't do anything. I can give it gps coordinates, button does nothing. I gave it an address, nothing. Please fix it, y'all there's multiple large cracks spanning my street that have yet to be filled. Fix your app

After reading reviews to go on this app for local service requests, I initially thought it would be much easier. Not at all. I would advise you to find any other way. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it is totally useless. When asked for the location of the issue, you can't choose or search anything. Call in the issue directly or email because this app won't help you get information to anyone.
