User Profile Upgrade
Existing users with a Basic account (created with minimal information) can upgrade to a Premium account by simply uploading specific KYC documents on the app at their convenience. This enables them to unlock and enjoy larger investment opportunities and limitless transactions.

I don't understand this update. I'm unable to invest more, all it shows is naira cash balance with #0.00 No way to make payment using card or transfer through the app. Why is the app also requesting for several verifications (bvn, identify, proof of address, bank account and next of kin verifications) when all necessary documents and details have been given before the account was even opened.

Someone told me about your investment and I downloaded about two weeks now... if you guys put the effort used in responding to complaints to actually fixing their challenges, they'll be better off. Please do better else, I would have to move on to other platforms that actually solve customers' complaints should they have any! Your customers are clearly too much for you!!!

I don't understand. Downloaded the app, registered and submitted all the requirements. My nin verification has been in review for days. Call Customer Service Center and was told they couldn't find my email. Wrong them email and got the same answer that my details are not in their system.
