Ratings and reviews

Horrible App keeps crashing and ridiculously slow. A very bad experience even with customer service I called 3 times, sent emails to follow up my order which was many days late, they keep giving false promises about delivery time, didn't receive my order yet and couldn't cancel it either!! Will never use this App again.

Horrible app. I guess only if u want to buy some expensive products, this app is okay. Then Aster is ready to service. Booking an appointment for a doctor is a painful experience. The App doesn't load the doctors info. Page gets stuck. I tried to book an appointment with a doctor and the page just kept rolling on and on and didn't let me do anything. I am surprised how the app is rated 4.4. may be biased reviews by insiders.

Useless, online payment not working. 90 minutes delivery is totally fake advertising. Made an order couldn't pay online because of app problem so had to select card payment at delivery and called call center to confirm delivery should carry card machine and they confirmed that delivery person next day not even same time and asked for cash! When i explained i will pay by card he refused and left! Order was formula for my baby. Will never deal with them again!
